Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
AMVI, Inc. (“AMVI,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at amvi.tv. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don’t use cookies, we don’t run ads, and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
Early access signup
When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address. We use it to notify you when AMVI launches and to send occasional updates about the product. Your email is stored with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider, which processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Contact form
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered via AWS Simple Email Service (SES) to our team inbox. We don’t use contact form data for marketing.
Gated content access
Some content on the site requires an access code. When you enter a valid code, a cryptographic token is stored in your browser’s local storage to remember your access. This token contains no personal information and is used solely to avoid re-entering the code on each visit.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track you across sites, and is fully GDPR compliant without requiring consent. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. No individual visitor can be identified. You can review Plausible’s data practices at plausible.io/data-policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We do not use any advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics that collect personal data. The only browser storage we use is the local storage token described above for gated content access.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate this site:
- Brevo (email delivery for signups) — processes your email address
- AWS SES (email delivery for contact form) — processes your name, email, and message
- Plausible Analytics (anonymous traffic analytics) — no personal data collected
- AWS CloudFront / S3 (website hosting) — standard server logs may include IP addresses, retained briefly for security
All fonts, images, and videos are self-hosted. No requests are made to Google, Facebook, or other advertising platforms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
- Object to data processing based on legitimate interest
- Request a portable copy of your data
To exercise any of these rights, reach out through our .
Data retention
Email addresses collected via the signup form are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form messages are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and contains no personal information.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
